Patients are seen by appointment.
To schedule an appointment call us during office hours. The office
number is 706-568-2700.
For
your first visit, plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early so that
you have time to complete information about your medical history. Please
bring information about any medications that you are currently taking
so that we may record medications and dosages.
If
you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, please notify the
office at least 24 hours
in advance.

• Telephone
Calls
Patients are encouraged to call with any questions
related to medical problems they are having. Our nursing staff will
relay information to the doctor and return your call by the end of
the business day.
• Emergencies
In the event of an emergency,
the answering service will promptly forward your call to Dr. Paull
who will respond as quickly as possible.
If your call is not a medical emergency, please contact us during
office hours.
• Fees
and Payments.
Co-payments and deductables are due when services
are rendered. Other arrangements can be made depending on our insurance
coverage or special circumstances. Payments can be made in the form
of check, cash, or credit card. If you have any questions regarding
your account, please call the billing department at 706-568-2703.

Records
The exchange between physician and patient is
a private matter and your records will be kept confidential. In compliance
with federal regulations, no information will be released to parties
without your written permission. If you have special concerns in
this area, please discuss them directly with Dr. Paull or the office
administrator.
• Prescription
Refills
Prescription refills are handled
during office hours when we have full access to your medical records.
Refills are not routinely filled on weekends, holidays, or if you
have not been seen in this office for more than six months.
